Alex works with all types of clients to help them understand the nature of their injuries. He is passionate about getting people back to doing the things that are most important to them, whether those things are hiking a mountain or simply being able to pick up your grandkids. His philosophy is to 'never underestimate the impact you may have on someone else's life; no matter how large or small the gesture, always aim to leave someone better than you found them.'
Alex is committed to life long learning and takes a global approach to treatment. He aims to empower people to take control of their own situations through education, exercise, and lifestyle management, while using tools such as Functional Dry needling/Acupuncture, Manual Therapy, and Soft Tissue Manipulation to assist along the way. He is happy to be home and strives to provide an excellent service to the surrounding community.
